The magazine is about motivating, empowering, encouraging and inspiring women to succeed in their personal lives and careers. Based on the ideals of the Founder of Empowering Women To Speak Out, Author and Publisher, Demetria Buie, Connie created and is organizing and hosting the first Empowering Women To Speak Out Conference in Alexandria VA March 8-9, 2019.  Details and cost wil be announced soon.
