5 Wedding Packages – Wedding Director to Full Service “Eternity”

At Your Service Events Planner LLC offers five types of Wedding Services for your unforgettable day! Have your dream wedding that will be customized for your needs and exquisite tastes.

Investment:  We offer competitive prices for these five packages starting at $1500.  We provide unique, creative, quality service and attention to detail.  We  go the “extra mile” for you to assure you have your unforgettable dream wedding day!  Every package is customized to your distinctive tastes.

 

BRIDAL CONSULTATATION – Accredited Wedding Planner, who is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, meets with the Bride or Couple and advises you on what you need to do before the wedding – Free 30 minute Initial Consultation usually by Phone or FaceTime – Rate after 30 minute complimentary consultation is $175 for an additional hour.  

1. WEDDING DIRECTOR (DAY OF COORDINATOR)– Services and package when a Couple has                  selected their venue and all vendors and needs a Wedding Director to direct and coordinate the          Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception (also called Day of Wedding Coordinator) –

Package should be booked 60 Days Prior to wedding date!

  •        Orchestration of the Ceremony and Reception up to 8 hours
  •        Rehearsal Direction up to 2 hours
  •        Creation of a Wedding Day Timeline for Bridal Party and Service Providers
  •       Provide a Photographer Shot List, Wedding Party Responsibilities and Wedding Timeline to        Bride 
  •        Confirmation of Vendor Details
  •        One-one Consultations as needed 
  •        Phone Calls, E-mails and Texts as needed
  •        On-Site Planning Visit to Ceremony and Reception Venue
  •        Obtain emails and/or mailing address and cell phone numbers from client to contact all                 pertinent vendors for an introduction to finalize/confirm/clarify arrangements (if needed),         and send a timeline for the event
  •        At Rehearsal, meet with the Family and Bridal Party with instructions for the Ceremony,               and assist the Officiant on conducting the Rehearsal
  •        Providing on-site coordination and supervision during the Rehearsal, Ceremony and                      Reception 
  •       Prepare for Departure of Couple
  •       Wedding Team consist of Accredited Wedding Planner and a minimum of One Professional          Wedding Planner 

2.  A LA CARTE (PARTIAL) SERVICES – Customized for your distinctive tastes and may include the         following:

  • Orchestration of the Ceremony and Reception up to 8 Hours 
  • Rehearsal Direction up to 2 Hours
  • Creation of a Wedding Day Timeline for Bridal Party and Service Providers
  • Review of Contracts and Confirmation of Vendor Details
  • Referrals to premier, competent, creative Vendors with exceptional services 
  • Give Bride cost-savings tips
  • Negotiate with vendors to stay within budget
  • Pass on professional discounts
  • Consultations as needed
  • Ongoing Etiquette advice 
  • Calls, Emails and Texts as needed 
  • Assistance with Photographer Shot List, To Do List and Bridal Party Responsibilities 
  • On-Site Planning Visit to Ceremony and Reception Venue
  • Site inspection and event logistics with Venue Manager for your Ceremony and Reception
  •  Contact all pertinent Vendors for an introduction to finalize/confirm/clarify arrangements, and send a Timeline for the event
  • Setting up flowers and programs at the ceremony and flowers, decorations, place cards, favors, guest book at the Reception
  • Coordinating transportation for the Bridal Party, Guest shuttles, Valet service
  • Assistance with Bouquets and Boutonnieres
  • At Rehearsal, meet with the Family and Bridal Party with instructions for the Ceremony, and assist the Officiant on conducting the Rehearsal
  • Seat Name Card and Set up for Reserved Family Seating at Ceremony 
  • Detailed Planning Checklist 
  • Providing on-site coordination and supervision during the Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception
  • Prepare for Departure of Bride and Groom
  • Gathering items such as the Cake Knife/Server,Toasting Glasses, Top layer of Cake, Gifts, Envelopes, Flowers 
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Follow up during the entire planning experience 
  • Wedding Team consist of an Accredited Wedding Planner and up to two Wedding Planners 

3FULL-SERVICE “ENCHANTED” PACKAGE (for Couples who prefer our expertise and personal            attention to assist with vendors and your venue, from after the engagement to rehearsal to                    ceremony and end of reception) . We do the work and you relax and enjoy your day! 

  • Coordination of Vendor arrangements, Ceremony and Reception
  • Comprehensive planning consultations in-person and by phone 
  • Budget set -up and maintenance 
  • Onsite the entire day of Wedding 
  • Attend meetings with Vendors upon request by Bride
  • Referrals to premier, competent, creative Vendors with Exceptional services including:
  • Florist
  • Photographer
  • Cake Baker
  • Transportation (Limo, Carriage, Classic)
  • Caterer
  • DJ, Band, Musicians
  • Invitations, Accessories, Gifts & Favors
  • Videographer
  • Hair Stylist, Make up, Nails
  • Selection of Linen, Tables, Chairs, Dance Floor, Tent 
  • Give Bride cost-savings tips

  • Clean up service (Debris from tables, Trash, Fold table clothes) – Caterer responsible for china, flatware, glassware
  • Team consist of Accredited Wedding Planner and up to 3 Wedding Planners

4. FULL-SERVICE HEAVENLY” PACKAGE 

  • Coordination of Vendor arrangements, Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception

  • Making reservation for Wedding Night’s Lodging of your choice for Bride & Groom
