Wedding and Event Planners–Jill and Jack of All Trades

When doing a consultation with a bride or client, At Your Service Wedding and Events Planner (AYS) discuss what we do, which is to tell the brides that we are there to assist in helping them with details that no other vendor can perform.  We do the normal: interviewing and selecting of vendors–includes finding the best vendor for the best price; secure the venues, cake and reception menu tastings; decorations, invitations and accessorizing.  From that norm to the rehearsal, ceremony, and  reception direction,  AYS Wedding and Events Planner help with the minute details to assure the client’s event runs as smoothly and as stress-free as possible.

Some last minute inconveniences that may occur are finding another vendor for a vendor that might have to cancel, a venue that may have had a catastrophe or closing, a member of the wedding party that may have to cancel, non-functioning equipment, finding a babysitter, a dog groomer, locating a hair stylist or make-up artist, finding a spa, ceremony program changes or errors, etc.  It is the job of the wedding and event planner to assist the client in solving these problems and relieving the stress from the client.

If the wedding or event planner has assisted the client in staying on schedule in the timeline, and is resourceful, it may be difficult to get the job done by anyone else but not impossible.  When you’re looking for a good wedding or events planner for your wedding or event, determine if the professional will “go the extra mile” for you.

Martha Stewart, David Tutera, and Preston Bailey are some of the best wedding and events planners in the world.  From the time they first started out until now, they continued to perfect their craft by working behind the scenes to execute the details and go beyond their client’s expectations.  At Your Service Events Planner is striving to do the same.
